Bicuye is an Ultra Premium small batch producer of Cocuy with a passion for crafting exceptional bottles from the Venezuelan Agave. One bottle at a time. Our liqueurs are developed under deep authenticity, highlighting the origin and traditions of the centuries-old culture of the Maestros Cocuyeros. Each bottle of Bicuye takes more than 8 years of exhaustive elaboration.
The journey of taste begins in Carora, Tierra de Gracia located in the Venezuelan valleys from Lara. The deep soils of Carora create the ideal balance to produce an extraordinary liquor and we are passionate about inspiring sustainable impact actions to make an exceptional Agave Cocui distillate.

BICUYE BLANCO
750 ml bottle of Cocuy.
Arises as an immediate consequence of the 100% agave double distillation, preceded by the artisanal cooking of our pencas between six and fourteen continuous days. This represents the maximum purity that an Agave can achieve after its perfect confection. Its captivating smoky tones, wood flavors and unpredictable sweetness appear after a complex process of cultivation, burning and fermentation of Agave Cocui Trelease. Handmade in small batches to be smooth, sweet and easily mixable.
BICUYE BLANCO COCKTAILS
BICUYE MADURADO

Arises as a consequence of the double distillation 100% agave fused with a maturation and aging at low temperatures of cherry trees. The arid lands of Carora allow the cherry to mature slowly thanks to the temperature variation between day and night. The combination of deep and rocky soils under a dry and warm climate that is refreshed with mountain breezes make it ideal for producing exceptional liquor.

Arises as a consequence of the double distillation of 100% Agave Cocui aged for 25 months in French oak barrels previously cured in premium wine. Bicuye Barrel, our most recent expression of flavors, is a private collection of 825 unmatched bottles. The first collection of Añejo is a unique experience of purity and perfection between woods and agave unlike any other, selected for their singular flavors and characteristics.
