A family business with 20 years of operations dedicated to the production of premium rum in small batches. Located in Ocumare del Tuy, in the central region of Venezuela, its facilities are dedicated to the distillation and storage of rum.
Their master rum blender, Giorgio Melis, is a chemical engineer and has over 50 years of experience in the rum industry. His inspiration and dedication have produced exceptional products, born in the Venezuelan valleys and matured by its extraordinary climate.

700 ml bottle of premium rum.
A noble blend of our best rum reserves aged 8 to 12 years in ex – bourbon barrels that gives this rum, a great body, exceptional smoothness and hints of oak, vanilla and burnt caramel.
Preferred Serve: Outstanding on the rocks, with an orange peel and tonic mixer. Excellent in luxury cocktails. Combines well with cigars and dark chocolates.

Rum Roble Viejo Ultra Añejo
700 ml bottle of ultra premium rum 100% single vintage
A 12 year single vintage rum aged in ex-Bourbon oak and PX barrels, with the distinctive velvety, deep flavour that reflects the spirit and the warmth of Venezuela.
Pour in a glass and let it breath to feel the slightly sweet and woody rum with notes of red fruits, tonka beans and orange peels.
Preferred Serve: Excellent neat or on ice with an orange peel. It is also a great backbone for ultra-premium cocktails. Combines well with cigars and dark chocolates.

D.O.C. Rum of Venezuela
In 1954 the Venezuelan Government established a groundbreaking Law, the first regulation worldwide to determine the conditions to elaborate a rum. By this Law, Venezuelan producers were obliged to age sugarcane alcohols for a minimum of two Years in order for the distillate to be considered a Rum.
The first Controlled Origin Denomination (D.O.C.) for Rum was established in Venezuela in 2003, this certifies the origin and quality of our rums. The D.O.C. establishes strict regulations regarding origin, aging and alcohol level, and all D.O.C. certified Rums are audited on a yearly basis.
All D.O.C. Ron de Venezuela Rums have to be aged for a minimum of 2 Years in Oak Casks, made from Venezuelan Sugar Cane (Molasses) and have an alcohol content between 40% and 50%.
